Robert Greene, the infamous author of the street and corporate bible “48 Laws of Power” has collaborated with the rapper/mogul 50 Cent on a new book titled “The 50th Law”. 50 Cent has released two books in the past and is a big fan of Greene’s most renowned book so this collaboration should be no surprise.

The book focuses on the Law of Fearlessness as the 50th Law and deciphers it to explain how it propelled 50 Cent from selling crack in the streets of Queens to commanding one of the biggest empires in hip hop.

I’m only half-way into the book but I’m loving the practicality of its inherent messages. Greene also goes into the annals of history to illustrate how great men like Napoleon Bonaparte and Franklin D. Roosevelt used this law to outsmart their enemies.

Here’s a gem from the book:

“The world has become more competitive; the economy has undeniable vulnerabilities and is in need of reinvention. As in all situations, the determining factor will be our attitude, how we choose to look at this reality. If we give in to fear, we will  give disproportionate attention to the negative and manufacture the very adverse circumstances that we dread. If we go the opposite direction, cultivating a fearless approach to life, attacking everything with boldness and energy, then we will create a much different dynamic.”

The 50th Law is now available at Exclusive Books.
